Snom Technology has appointed Mark Wiegleb as vice president of product and Mario Schenker as head of logistics and sales operations.
Wiegleb brings more than ten years’ experience in the telecommunications sector, having joined Snom Technology in 2011. In his most recent role, Wiegleb led an international team across six countries as head of customer success, and he was responsible for the development, implementation and management of a cloud platform for device management. As vice president of product, Wiegleb will now focus on developing Snom’s product portfolio and reaching new business sectors.
Schenker has been part of the Snom team since 2005 across various roles. In his most recent position, he was team lead of internal sales and sales operations, where he focused on customer relationship management. He also played a key role in setting up Snom’s Partner Program in 2018. As head of logistics and sales operations, Schenker’s new role will focus on continually improving the service that Snom provides for its customers and partners.
