ServiceNow to acquire UltimateSuite

ServiceNow has announced it has signed an agreement to acquire task mining company UltimateSuite.

Financial terms of the deal, which is expected to close in Q1 2024, were not disclosed.

ServiceNow has been enhancing its powerful intelligent automation capabilities, and the company expects to use UltimateSuite’s task mining technology to streamline repetitive work and identify automation opportunities.

With predictive analysis and actionable prompts, UltimateSuite provides operational intelligence that enables customers to accelerate digital business transformation and enhance employee experiences.

Eric Schroeder, vice president of Now product management at ServiceNow, said, “The Now Platform is the platform for digital business, and we are continually working to help customers remove guesswork and create more intuitive processes in the day-to-day flow of work.

“Task mining is key to revealing a more accurate picture of how people work. With UltimateSuite, we are extending ServiceNow’s ability to help customers easily automate workflows and drive productivity.”

This latest acquisition follows that of G2K and Element AI, which also added new automation and AI capabilities to the ServiceNow platform.

ServiceNow partners in the UK include Computacenter, NTT Data, and Wipro.
