ServiceNow has been enhancing its powerful intelligent automation capabilities, and the company expects to use UltimateSuite’s task mining technology to streamline repetitive work and identify automation opportunities.

This latest acquisition follows that of G2K and Element AI, which also added new automation and AI capabilities to the ServiceNow platform.
