Writing on the Rydal blog today, Managing Director Steffan Dancy said "We are delighted to confirm our acquisition of Cloudsource Technologies Telecoms & IT assets from its benefactor Tower Leasing for an undisclosed fee. Cloudsource Technologies have been trading for some time and specialise in providing IT and Telecoms services to business users across the UK."

The acquisition adds over 400 phone system clients, all with network services and IT contracts to support.
