The new service enables channel partners to ship Fanvil devices direct to site ready to plug and play.
Huddersfield-based distributor ProVu has been developing provisioning services for over 20 years. Sales director Craig Herrett (pictured above) said that due to Fanvil’s presence growing significantly, ProVu has seen an increase in demand from partners for an automatic provisioning service to wrap around these devices.
“We take great pride in our systems and services, all of which contrary to most of the market are developed and maintained by our in-house experts,” Herrett said in a statement announcing the launch.
“This gives us great flexibility to address our partners’ needs and requests. We hope our Fanvil provisioning will help to extend the same secure, tried and tested service our partners are accustomed to.”
Louis Chen, sales director from Fanvil, said the move signals a closer relationship between the two companies.
“Fanvil always concentrates on our partners’ needs. With the joint hard work of both development teams, we have prepared ProVu’s automatic provisioning service ready for many of our SIP desktop phones and analogue telephony adapter,” Chen added.
“We hope the service will enhance the partner experience and their projects going forward.”
