The updates made to iPECS Cloud 5.0 include key enhancements to the iPECS ONE collaboration service and its extensive integration into the Microsoft Productivity tools, device integration for iOS and Android mobile users, and features around call recording and compliance.
Pragma said these features enhance the user experience and deliver confidence for administrators and compliance teams in managing their voice communications.
