The new solution brings all communication channels into one interface, with all core cloud services available in one bespoke environment.
Pragma also said Connect creates new possibilities for partners and end users as custom integration development is built in as part of the offering. Pragma can create custom integrations through its third-party development partner for any other software with an API.
Connect for iPECS Cloud comes with some integrations already built in. These include Google and Microsoft, as well as project management and time-tracking software.
The Google and Microsoft integration syncs with users’ Google or Microsoft accounts. Features will include the ability to search Google or Microsoft contacts within the Connect interface, allowing click to dial functionality. It will also display colleagues’ presence setting by linking with Google or Microsoft calendars, among other features.
Will Morey, CEO of the EnableX Group that includes Pragma, said, “Connect for iPECS Cloud is an incredibly exciting new service that meets an emerging need. Cloud services are relied upon more and more for a growing number of tasks.
“There’s a clear need to start bringing them into one place, for efficiency and convenience. That’s what Connect does, with unified communications at the centre. This will open new possibilities for our partners to offer a genuinely bespoke service.”
The launch of Connect for iPECS Cloud follows other new offerings from Pragma in the past 12 months: Anywhere, Contact and PCI for iPECS Cloud.
