Of the 4 models introduced, the entry level 1010i comes with a 4-line black and white display, HD audio and a full duplex speakerphone. The 1030i, 1040i and 1050i models come with colour displays, programmable keys, dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, full duplex speakerphones and wideband voice.
Andy Herring, Product Marketing Manager at Pragma, said: "We're really excited to introduce the 1000i range to the UK market. The past months saw us trialling the handsets with our partners and their customers, and the feedback has been really positive. That’s why we’re confident that these handsets will be a great addition to our portfolio.”
Will Morey, Pragma’s Sales and Marketing Director, added: “The introduction of the 1000i series gives our channel partners another basis for differentiation in the market. In addition to the ease of deployment, the highly intuitive user interfaces will ensure end-users get a seamless experience regardless of whether their communications are hosted on-premise or on cloud - making Ericsson-LG Enterprise’s proposition one that’s truly unique.”
Datakom’s Technical Director, Craig Jones, said: "We're really keen to launch the 1000i series to our customers. These easy-to-use handsets offer a great level of PBX functionality through a more user-friendly interface. With the introduction of the automated IP Phone provisioning service with iPECS Cloud 3.5, we can reduce the installation time and guarantee smooth, disruption-free transitions for our customers.”
The current line-up consists of phones that will meet the needs of any deployment - from unmanned reception areas and warehouses through offices and boardrooms with a 1080i flagship model and LSS console being delivered late summer.
2020 will also see Pragma and Ericsson-LG Enterprise launching a new Cloud Mobile service and a Cloud-based Contact Centre solution to deliver greater value to the channel.
