Susie will be working closely with Pragma’s Business Development Managers to support and drive Reseller growth and customer satisfaction through the sales and support of Ericsson-LG UC platform and applications, and build on one of the most formidable Reseller channels in the UK.

At the 2014 Pragma Conference, Pragma announced a bullish growth strategy with plans to move in to the mid-market on the back of the success of the iPECS UCP system. The appointment of a new Sales Director is a strategic move to drive high end mid-market/enterprise opportunities and improve Reseller education as the Ericsson-LG product portfolio creates more opportunity across wider market sectors.
