Pragma's adoption of digital delivery channels has been commended by its partner community, a majority of whom have already shifted to remote working as the country steps up measures to contain COVID-19.
The digital roadshows, targeted primarily at sales professionals, will see Pragma's sales team sharing their expertise on Ericsson-LG's latest innovations including iPECS Cloud 3.5 and the all new 1000i IP handset range. The team will also focus on upcoming elements of the 2020 product roadmap and shed light on how telecom resellers can increase market share and profitability with Unified 4.0, Cloud Contact Centre, WebRTC and iPECS Cloud Mobile.
