Pragma has made Sidekick and WhatsApp for Connect available as extensions of Connect for iPECS Cloud.
Connect uses the iPECS API to integrate iPECS Cloud with other cloud services, delivering them in one web application. The new Sidekick extension is an AI-based call assistant, while WhatsApp for Connect offers WhatsApp integration within the Connect interface.
Sidekick uses AI to offer a call assistant feature that completes tasks including call transcription, call summary and sentiment analysis for users. It can also feature automated CRM logging as an optional extra.
WhatsApp for Connect was designed for businesses to connect with customers via the messaging app. WhatsApp for Connect does not have a limit on licences and can be launched as an interactive website widget that offers efficient customer support tool with customised auto-response message templates.
