Belgrave will continue reporting to John Street, chief executive officer (CEO), and McIlhany to Scott Chasin, chief technology officer (CTO).

Belgrave (pictured above, left) joined Pax8 following the company’s Wirehive acquisition when he was named CEO of Pax8 EMEA. That leadership role was extended to a global one when he was appointed chief people officer in July 2022.
In his new role as COO, Belgrave will oversee day-to-day operational functions, as well as working closely with other executives to realise Pax8’s mission, vision, and strategy.
McIlhany (pictured above, right) steps up from her prior role as senior vice president of product, where she led Pax8’s product strategy and execution for two years. In her new role as CPO, McIlhany will lead the company’s global product management function, shaping the strategy, technology roadmap, and overseeing execution.
