Nuvias UC partners with Talkdesk on cloud contact centre solutions

Nuvias UC has announced a partnership with Talkdesk that gives its customers access to the full suite of Talkdesk's cloud contact centre solutions.

These solutions include Talkdesk CX Cloud and Talkdesk Industry Experience Clouds. Talkdesk CX Cloud allows companies to easily adapt contact centre operations to the evolving needs of customers, customer service and sales teams, resulting in increased productivity, customer satisfaction and cost savings.

Alongside the offerings from Talkdesk, Nuvias UC can offer a variety of wrap around vendors and services that enable its partners to provide their own ecosystem of solutions to their customers, from video and meeting spaces solutions to unified communications, contact centre or telephony solutions.
