The new partnership will enable NTT Data clients to use the WalkMe Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) to get visibility into digital adoption challenges. Those challenges could include areas such as productivity, usability, and compliance.
DAPs look to reduce digital friction and increase end-user productivity during software transitions, which are major causes of digital transformation projects failing.
Jim Nairn, senior vice president of alliances and channels, WalkMe, explained, “We are delighted to be partnering with NTT Data on a global scale to help businesses maximise their investments and get the most out of their technology.
“It’s exciting to have a major new global partner with the desire to work so closely and collaboratively with us, and we’re looking forward to helping businesses realise the full potential of their digital transformation investments, together.”
Mike Jones, VP, partners and alliances, NTT Data UK and Ireland, added, “We’re looking forward to working more closely with WalkMe, to bring its digital adoption platform to more of our customers worldwide.
“We have already delivered productive digital adoption client engagements together, where the time to value was impressively short. DAPs are a critical part of the modernisation process, empowering businesses with the understanding of why they aren’t hitting ROI targets, as well as sharing a way to reach those targets, and demonstrating the benefits of doing so.”
