NTA will launch a brand-new hosted portal interface next week. The portal will be where users manage, provision, and scale UC services.
The new portal will be launched to channel partners and their end users on Tuesday 3 June. It will be known as Ntalk and has a new design, advanced features, and an upgraded user experience.
The redesigned portal includes a Yealink redirection and provisioning service, cloud phonebook upgrades, voicemail transcription, Microsoft sign-in integration, and a more intuitive and responsive UI with dark mode included.
Cliff Chandler, head of sales at NTA, said, “This launch isn’t just about a new look – it’s about future-proofing the entire platform. It marks a significant step forward in functionality, security, and usability.
“With a proactive in-house development team, we continually evolve to meet the changing needs of our partners and their end-users. We've taken direct feedback from our partners to implement new functionality.”
Other improvements include a smart help button, installation and setup guides, a documentation tab with white-labelled marketing materials, swipe-to-action navigation, clearer user views, simplified system settings, and stronger security controls with multi-factor authentication (MFA) and updated API protocols.
