NTA sold to Employee Ownership Trust

Employees can become shareholders whilst founder remains involved.

NTA has announced that Paul White, the company’s founder and managing director, has sold the business to an Employee Ownership Trust scheme.

The sale was announced to partners last week at the company’s partner event at Peckforton Castle in Cheshire (pictured).

The new structure ownership of NTA allows employees to become shareholders while White remains involved in the business.

At the event, partners were also updated on recent developments and upcoming services, including a telephony integration solution for CRM/ERP, serviced office solutions, and a revamped hosted portal.

Elsewhere, attendees had breakout sessions to discuss those upcoming service, as well as entertainment from a magician and driving Land Rovers through challenging terrains. In the evening, guests enjoyed a three-course dinner in the Great Hall, continuing discussions about business and strategies.

Luke Grieveson, general manager, NTA, commented, “Out of all the partner events and overseas incentives we've organised, our Connect at the Castle event is definitely one of my favourites.

“The schedule was packed from morning until night, and seeing the genuine interactions and happiness among everyone, along with their kind words about our staff and what we offer, really makes me proud.”

NTA also held its first partner award ceremony at the event. The company recognised exceptional contributions such as for long-term partnerships, creativity and technology deployments.
