NTA plan to run 2 training courses every month and each will have the capability to house up to 10 technicians, course content will include how to set up extensions and numbering for a customer’s system and then programming the full feature set required onsite via the Hosted Telephony Portal.

New technical training courses will also be added in early 2016 on the new Wallboard and Dialler applications.
