Norton has held senior roles in companies including Varian, Digital Link, Ditech Communications, Spirent, Broadsoft, SwissQual and Cambridge Broadband Networks, with wide experience in negotiating and managing major strategic OEM accounts, VARs and mobile carriers. Born in the UK and with a Ph.D. in Physics from Bath University, Norton is now based in Germany.
