Node4 will use Virgin Media Business Wholesale’s National High Capacity Service (NHCS) 100Gbps optical fibre service to upgrade its managed network and infrastructure services portfolio.
The NHCS 100Gbps optical fibre service will give Node4’s core network the scaling capacity to meet client demands.
The upgrade will see Node4 replace the physical fibre infrastructure between its national network of data centres and points of presence. It will also provide the company with an even more robust, resilient core infrastructure.
This will enable Node4 to continue delivering a portfolio of digital transformation services that meet the challenges posed by a move away from predominantly on-premises infrastructure to more distributed IT environments.
