Node4, the Derby-based Cloud and Data Centre specialist, is opening the doors of its Pride Park site to local businesses on Thursday 7th August, 2014 to mark its 10th anniversary. The open day will provide local businesses with an opportunity to see the ins and outs of a Data Centre operation and meet the people who have helped power local businesses for the last decade.

It’s an exciting time for the Derby business scene with on-going investment in the city such as the construction of the new Velodrome and expansion of Pride Park. More specifically to the local technology sector, Derbyshire County Council has been working alongside companies like Node4 to deliver its SuperConnected Derby programme.

Andrew Gilbert, Managing Director, Node4 said: “As the East Midlands continues to thrive as a business hub, having a Data Centre to service the local economy provides an enviable infrastructure for growth. We have years of experience working with SMEs and pride ourselves on our flexible approach to doing business. Technology is an enabler for lots of things and we want to give local companies the best possible chance of experiencing the full benefits.”
