The Radius Aero is designed to adapt to an individual’s work environment and is wideband enabled with a two year warranty. In a further boost Nimans has also launched the Radius 2400 professional office headset that boasts a ratchet style boom arm with noise cancelling microphone.
Jason Welsh, Nimans’ Headset Business Manager says both models represent compelling new ways for resellers to maximise margin opportunities.
“We are very excited especially by the launch of the Aero that combines many high performance features with a unique design. Providing users with the freedom to switch from single to dual ear - with a simple click of the boom module - enables resellers to target the complete range of work environments for maximum choice and flexibility,” he emphasised.
“Most importantly contact centres in particular will appreciate the lower cost of maintenance and flexible purchasing and conversion possibilities the unique design of the Aero provides. They can buy the boom arm in bulk and then purchase monaural and binaural headbands flexibly. In addition when new members of staff arrive they simply replace the boom arm only without having to buy a complete new headset.”
Designed, engineered and tested in the UK, the Aero innovation features a ‘put and stay’ boom arm that remains in its chosen position. Robust construction has a ‘soft feel’ finish whilst ‘numbered stops’ make it easy for users to identify their favourite headband position. The 2400 model meanwhile, comes in monaural and binaural variants and is compatible with all known office phones with a full range of bottom leads available.
Jason added: “Our Radius headset range is renowned for combining high value with high performance and these latest additions represents another major step forward.”
