In-depth courses are running until December at Samsung’s Harlow training centre, spanning key aspects of the flexible OfficeServ platform.
Voicemail, Desktop CTI, Advanced VoIP and Contact Centre applications are all covered. For example a two-day Samsung Contact Centre course takes place on August 6th and 7th and also on October 1st and 2nd. A three-day OfficeServ Foundation course is held on September 2nd to the 4th and between November 11-13th.
