A four-day technical accreditation course was staged at Nimans’ Manchester headquarters to enable resellers to branch out into lucrative new areas of activity.
One Livingston-based dealer says he’s now got the confidence to develop a lucrative new area of business thanks to his new-found knowledge. “We were traditionally a cable installer but are now branching out into telephone systems. The course was very useful. I’m not from an engineering background but nothing went over my head. I’ve now got the confidence to go out and sell lots of these systems. It will have a huge impact on our business. There are lots of opportunities in the pipeline and we can hit the ground running thanks to Nimans.”
The in-depth course was designed for engineers with no prior knowledge of the NS700, and it proved a resounding success for a South-Wales based counterpart.
“We’re upgrading from older Panasonic systems to this new one and it’s a big leap forward for us. I had a vague knowledge before but nothing compared to now. It’s much more than just the basics to lead us forward.”
