Characters from films including Despicable Me, Grease, Men In Black, Clockwork Orange, Kelly’s Heroes and St Trinians paraded around the company’s Manchester headquarters as part of a charity fun day. Chairman Julian Niman and company directors even joined in the fun, transforming themselves into Reservoir Dogs.
Staff from across the business depicted characters from their favourite movies with prizes given for the best-dressed as part of an Oscar-style ceremony. They also won film DVD’s as spot prizes throughout the event.
The Day At the Movies initiative included a movie quiz, film screenings and a raffle. Over £100 was raised for two theatre-based local charities.
Event organiser Sue Goldfine commended afterwards: “The day was a spectacular success and proves just how many great characters we have working at Nimans.”
