The NTA hosted VoIP model will be familiar to those already working with PBX systems, as it is structured around the number of lines provided, not the number of extensions needed, enabling resellers to upgrade systems on a like-for-like basis with their customers. Paul White, NTA’s Managing Director, explains, “With our service, a business with 8 lines and 16 extensions will pay a monthly rental on the 8 lines, not on the 16 extensions. Additional extensions can be added at any time without affecting the monthly line rental, so there is flexibility built in as well as making this a cost-effective solution.”
“The one-day course is suited to engineers currently working with traditional PBX systems,” said Andrea Jones, Managing Director of Systems Telecoms. “The training equips resellers with a toolkit enabling them to offer a hosted VoIP product with the support of an experienced provider.”
NTA are looking forward to the next training days scheduled for November at both NTA offices. Paul, who developed and delivered the course content, says “This is an exciting time for us. Expanding our business by having a permanent presence in the north was a logical step in servicing our growing customer base, we limit the number of places each day as this is practical, hands-on training – not a lecture – and there is plenty of opportunity for discussion and questions.”
