Natterbox integrates with NICE Trading Recording for the on-premise storage of calls, regardless of the type of phone that is used - fixed or mobile. This is done in a way that doesn’t require replacing the existing recording infrastructure, key to managing risk effectively and cost efficiently.
The integration will enable any organisation regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA) to become compliant with legislation on mobile call recording which came into force in November 2011.
Neil Hammerton, CEO of Natterbox, said: "This integration of Natterbox on-network mobile call recording with NICE Trading Recording will enable organisations to have a complete voice recording solution - wherever their workforce may be. It is vital to ensure productivity is maximised beyond the office and for financial intuitions to be compliant with FSA. The way we do business is changing and we are offering a flexible solution with no disruption to the staff.”
Yaron Morgenstern, General Manager, Trading Floor Line of Business at NICE, said: "Services such as mobile call recording were traditionally complex and inflexible. The Natterbox integration with NICE Trading Recording gives our customers flexibility that more and more businesses are looking for. It offers another way to store mobile call recordings onsite and access them anytime, anywhere."
Natterbox’s network-based mobile call recording service eliminates the need for installation of apps, software, or configuration of individual devices. The open recording architecture of the NICE solution enables customers, such as trading services firms, to leverage their existing recording infrastructure and enjoy flexibility in the selection of the smart client provider.
The Natterbox integration with NICE Trading Recording is available now via Natterbox’s partnership with Orange Business Services - Trading Solutions for customers worldwide.
