More Nokia handsets have been added to the Ultimate Incentive and additional products will be added over the rest of the year in this ongoing scheme to increase ways to win for the channel.
By opening up the offering, Micro-P hopes to see even more of its channel partners participating and winning luxury, high quality prize trips around the world. Account managers from Micro-P will meet partners to discuss which of the breathtaking prizes they want to aim for, and to work out targets for sales people and ways of promoting the inventive internally to help achieve goals.
Simon Woodman, mobile director at Micro-P, stated: “These once in a lifetime holidays and experiences are usually only won by business owners. With our extended Ultimate Incentive, these trips are now open to resellers and dealers large and small to use as they see fit, to incentivise their staff to stay focused and motivated throughout the year with our value-added approach.”
Top trips have already been won, including a trip to Richard Branson’s Necker Island and another holiday to Cape Town.
Trips include a chefs table at Claridges plus five star overnight accommodation in London for six people, an overnight team trip at the Mere Golf and Country Club in Manchester, or an overnight visit to Paris for 10 people including dinner at the top of the Eiffel Tower, to three nights in New York for eight people Christmas shopping, or three nights five star accommodation in Mauritius for 18 people!
“This incentive has already provided incremental business and increased Nokia sales for our partners and ourselves since its launch in October last year. It is also helping to create more value around Nokia purchases. We are always focused on the growth of our partners, as when they grow through the use of our knowledge and resources, we grow too,” noted Woodman.
