Gary is a highly respected Sales Director in the fields of contact centre operations, management and technology with over 18 years of experience in the Irish Telecoms market. Gary brings extensive sales and management experience working in both the public and private sectors. Gary developed and managed the NICE solutions business for Ireland for over 10 years and has extensive knowledge of the Irish market with industry expertise across Voice recording, Channel strategy, Analytics and WFM.
