Maintel is one of just a handful of early adopter partners selected to deliver the new Avaya Cloud Solutions service over BT Wholesale’s high speed managed Ethernet network. The solution provides customers with a “pay-as-you-go” model for increased business flexibility.
Eddie Buxton (pictured), CEO of Maintel, commented, “To remain competitive in today’s marketplace and meet increasing customer service expectations, businesses need highly effective communications that can adapt and be easily implemented. We’re keen to enhance our cloud services portfolio further to support our aggressive expansion plans and enable us to take advantage of a booming market and strong demand among the end user community across all our key verticals.’
“Maintel Cloud - powered by Avaya enables businesses to replace unsupported legacy systems with a feature rich cloud service that’s cost effective, scalable and resilient, providing enterprise communications for employees, contact centre and remote workers to improve efficiency and boost productivity.”
Simon Culmer, Managing Director, UK and Ireland, Avaya, commented, “Flexibility is key in this customer centric world. Maintel recognises this and we are excited to name them amongst the first of our partners to offer this genuinely differentiated service. The group’s rich history of working with Avaya, combined with its knowledge and service guarantees makes this a compelling proposition for organisations that want to explore the potential of hosting their enterprise or contact centre communications platform in the cloud.”
