Having attended the EE presentation and viewed the comprehensive demonstration area, Mainline’s dealers were whisked straight into an exclusive event to go through the distributor’s plans to support them leading up to and after the launch of the new services.
These included the provision of each dealer with a 4G launch kit – a range of support services comprising subsidised demonstration equipment, sales collateral, marketing tools, a comprehensive procedures manual and 4G sales incentives.
Mainline has already hosted training events in Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester to ensure its launch partners and their staff were fully trained in all aspects of the 4G EE product and service offering.
The distributor is also implementing a public relations campaign for each of its launch partners in their local area, designed to boost awareness of their 4G accreditation and expertise.
“EE customers should expect a superior level of service - and so should our dealers,” says Mainline managing director Andrew Boden. “Given our special relationship with EE we were committed to ensuring that we were the first 4G-ready distributor and to ensuring that our stockists are well prepared to provide their customers with the products, service, knowledge and advice they require.”
Mainline released its EE pricing to its authorised stockists on October 29 ahead of the commercial launch on October 30
