M Group Services has announced all companies within the group will unify under the M Group name.
The company said this rebrand reflects its ambition to be future-focused, open and collaborative as it continues to deliver essential infrastructure services across the UK and Ireland.
The business is simplifying how it refers to and presents itself, moving away from separate brand names and bringing together its £2.5 billion portfolio as M Group.
M Group Services was formed from Morrison Utility Services in 2016. Since then, more than 20 businesses have been acquired, and M Group now consists of a team of more than 11,000 people operating from over 200 locations.
The group’s telecom companies will now be known as M Group Telecom. This includes Morrison Telecom Services, Magdalene, Waldon Telecom and Avonline.
Andrew Findlay, chief executive, M Group (pictured right), said, “Our new brand and values are a golden opportunity to look forward and be excited about what we can achieve for our clients in future.
“Our values – open, responsible, together, ambitious – are the cultural core of our organisation. They reflect who we want to be, creating phenomenal opportunities for professional and business growth.”
Elsewhere in the group, Morrison Water Services will become M Group Water; M Group Energy will bring together Morrison Energy Services, Morrison Data Services and Callisto; M Group Highways will be the new name for Milestone Infrastructure; M Group Rail & Aviation will bring together Dyer & Butler, KH Engineering and Antagrade form.
The only business within the group to retain its brand will be Seeka, although two recent acquisitions, AgilityEco and BGEN, will continue to exist for a period of time.
