For the past 14 years, Levine has served in a number of senior leadership roles at Rakuten, a Japanese ecommerce and Internet company. Most recently, he was Rakuten’s Vice-CTO [and the Vice Managing Director of Rakuten Group’s Development Unit], where he was responsible for global technology and corporate infrastructure.
