The Hove-based equipment and technology financier has made the move following an increase in demand for flexible funding solutions in the supply of IT, telecoms, IoT and renewable energies.
Pullen, who was previously head of enterprise for Samsung and Vodafone, will head Lease Group’s corporate division, providing hands-on support and expertise to resellers, manufacturers and networks when packaging finance as part of their value proposition.
She will focus on supporting corporate deals through the company’s partner channel.
Among the structured solutions she will provide are staged supplier payments, discounted rentals and master leases, all of which expedite deal closure and address cash-flow challenges when fulfilling high-value deployments.
Pullen said, “I jumped at the opportunity to join Lease Group, a leading player in technology finance with a well-established partner programme. I look forward to working with key players in the IT, telecoms and energy sectors, and supporting them with cutting-edge leasing solutions that ease the financial pressures of deploying the latest tech on a corporate scale.”
Group marketing director, Simon Fabb, said, “We are delighted to welcome Zoe to our corporate division, whose skills and expertise align with our strategic direction and will be instrumental in deepening relationships with key players in the channel.”
Lease Group’s corporate channel partners have included Vodafone, Three, EE and Westcoast. Its clients include Tesco, Kellogg’s and the NHS.
