The device has been shown to be compatible with Atos Unify OpenScape 4000 V10 hybrid UC platform, Atos Unify OpenScape Voice V10 and Atos Unify OpenScape Business V3.

The Konftel 800 is a hybrid device that provides communication and collaboration services in the cloud, on premise or in hybrid environments. It connects via SIP, USB and Bluetooth. The device has received a Product Leadership Award from Frost & Sullivan and a Red Dot design award.
