ITS launches value-add services

Wholesale full fibre provider ITS Technology Group has launched a suite of value-added services to enhance its current connectivity offering available to its Faster Britain approved partners.

Partners can now offer services including voice-enabled connectivity options, additional fixed IP addresses, and a series of resilience services including 4G backup and broadband backup.

There is also access to dedicated project management services for complex or multi-site projects. The company added it has a roadmap to launch further value-add services later this year.

These new offerings can be added onto connectivity solutions including full fibre broadband and dedicated leased lines. ITS said the enhanced service wraps have been designed through partner feedback to boost wider solution procurement.

Pete England, head of product development, ITS (pictured), said, “A key point of difference for partners working with ITS is that we provide the tools and support they need to win business, with their feedback being a vital component of this success. This also applies to our product roadmap. Our mission is to make it as easy and straightforward as possible to adopt full fibre services.

“As the needs of end-users are constantly evolving, we are responding to the demand for service wraps that help our partners to streamline their suppliers and integration of services, allowing them to concentrate on their sales pipeline and sell their wider portfolio of ‘over the top’ services. We will continue to develop our offer and do all that we can to support our partners in this way.”

ITS has built a channel programme that has attracted more than 500 partners including resellers, MSPs, and ISPs. Partners can access a suite of business-grade gigabit capable connectivity solutions through an automated self-service portal.

The company can connect any business in the UK through its own full fibre network. Earlier this year, the company introduced a 2023 price freeze on existing contracts and all new on-net services, and applied a series of price reductions to provide further support to its Faster Britain approved partners.
