IT Sonix has signed a deal with Glasgow based XS Re-Marketing trading as Debt Masters Direct to supply all the technology for its 5 contact centres across the UK; Carlisle, Shipley; West Yorkshire and 3 in Glasgow.
IT Sonix will supply the Glasgow based company with ELSBETH Outbound Suite; Predictive Dialler and it’s Power Contact, campaign management tool.
The dialler and campaign management tool allow for more calls to be made; increased productivity, live agent monitoring and guarantees 100% OFCOM compliance.
