The company has been named on Lot 4d, for inbound telephony services, and under the new Network Services 3 (NS3) framework. IPI can now offer public sector organisations carrier services for inbound call management for contact centre functionality.
IPI will specialise in inbound telephony services including: establishing non-geographical numbers, delivery of clear consumption and utilisation metrics, and the provision of transition support.
Sat Sanghera, CEO, IPI, said, “We are delighted to be part of the NS3 framework and to be continuing to work with the government and public sector to deliver best-of-breed solutions and services that enable the delivery of exceptional customer contact.
“IPI’s rich heritage in delivering innovative contact centre and telephony solutions make it an ideal partner for public sector organisations looking to meet the demands of the next generations of citizens.”
The NS3 framework gives public sector buyers access to network infrastructure and communication services such as cloud services, audio and video conferencing, radio and satellite networking. The agreement is set to run for two years initially, with the option to extend twice for a further year.
