Based at the company’s HQ in the city, Matthew takes up his new role today and comes with a strong track record for delivering significant growth in technology businesses.
Previous experience includes 10 years as a key member of the leadership team at StepStone, a European online recruitment portal.
Having joined in 2003 to start StepStone Solutions and develop it into a leading global talent management solutions provider, Matthew was part of the team that delivered a €100m return to shareholders when Axel Springer acquired StepStone ASA in 2009. He then led a management buy-out of the Solutions business, became CEO, and led the transformation of the business now called Lumesse.
"I am very excited about the opportunity with IP Solutions, an innovator, leader and winner in the Unified Communications and Contact Centre Communications markets,” said Matthew.
“Taking the business to the next level following the investment by Livingbridge is a fantastic opportunity and I am looking forward to leading the business on this journey."
IP Solutions’ Chairman Andy Lockwood added: “Matthew brings the qualities of a professional, experienced leader combined with rapid growth in the technology sector that will add real value to our next phase of growth. We are all very pleased to have him on board”.
