Intrinsic adds award for Avaya excellence

Intrinsic Technology has won Best Avaya Networking Customer Win at the Avaya Partner Connect awards.

The awards celebrate excellence in service delivery by Avaya’s channel partners across the UK. The Networking Customer Win category recognises unique customer solutions which other partners can learn from and replicate.

The award was presented to Chris Byrne, account director, for his work at Northampton General Hospital. The project involved a whole site data network redesign which enabled a bring-your-own-device (BYOD) scheme. Staff that visit the hospital from other sites can now securely access medical data using their own tablets and smartphones – leading to improved patient care.

Adam Jarvis, chief executive at Intrinsic Technology, commented: “It’s very pleasing to win accolades such as this, and the credit goes to our fantastic staff – and Chris Byrne in particular – that work so hard to improve our clients’ businesses through the innovative use of technology.
