Integrity360 has announced it has acquired Grove Group, a cybersecurity and cloud services company headquartered in Cape Town, South Africa.
The combination of Grove with Integrity360 will bring group annual revenues to approximately €130 million with a headcount of over 500 employees. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Grove Group brings in 600 additional customers across 51 countries, as well as a deep partnership with Darktrace, a network detection and response (NDR) vendor, and a security operations centre (SOC) in South Africa.
This brings SOC locations across the Integrity360 group to five. Grove customers will also be able to access Integrity360’s cyber services portfolio including cyber risk and assurance, cybersecurity testing, incident response, infrastructure, endpoint, PCI compliance, and XDR/MDR solutions.

Grove was founded in 2005, employs 50 employees across its offices in Cape Town, South Africa, and London, UK. The company has grown strongly over the last five years, with sales of approximately €17 million achieved in 2023.
It serves customers across the UK, Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, and Mauritius. Its vendor partners include Darktrace, Proofpoint, ESET, and Mimecast.
