Infinity Wireless has announced the completion of a management buy-out of the Consumer Electronics (CE) Division of LM Technologies Limited. The MBO has been led by Lee Parry, who was formerly a director of LM Technologies, and supported by the Royal Bank of Scotland and HSBC Invoice Finance. As part of the Management Buyout, Infinity Wireless has also launched a new brand, Enigma Recovery.
The launch of the new company and brand will involve rebranding of several products from the previous LM Technologies CE range, whilst also introducing newer products to the market. Following extensive investment into research and development, Infinity Wireless has identified a significant opportunity in the market and the newly formed company will focus on mobile broadband computing devices, targeted at MNOs, MVNOs, distributors and resellers globally. Following similar investments into R&D, the Enigma Recovery brand will allow for a specialised focus on data recovery solutions (in particular, Smartphone data recovery), designed for business and personal use.
Lee Parry, the founder of Infinity Wireless added, ‘These are very exciting times for Infinity Wireless. This management buy-out is only the first step of many in our long-term strategy to increase our focus and growth in the mobile broadband computing market. At the same time, the Enigma Recovery brand launch represents a significant opportunity to provide a range of recovery solutions to the market. Using the experience, skills and knowledge we have developed during our time with LM Technologies, we look forward to developing both Infinity Wireless and Enigma Recovery.’
