Highlight launches new interactive reporting insights

Highlight has announced the introduction of reporting insights pages, a customisable tile-based reporting hub that is now available as standard to all Highlight users.

This upgrade delivers a new and engaging way to discover and share vital month-to-month service trends between service managers and their customers.

Highlight provides business-level insight into the status, health and utilisation of complex networks such as broadband, SD-WAN, cellular and LANs on a single screen.

with the new reporting insight pages, managed service providers, their customers and network managers can analyse and share network service performance metrics in an easily understandable way.

Martin Saunders, product and marketing director, Highlight, explained, “This latest update delivers an immediate visual report of performance trends to ensure attention is directed where needed. Presentation is everything when it comes to service assurance engagement.

The reporting insights page is available immediately to all Highlight users. It summarises all the relevant service information from a chosen customer location or folder using a series of optional tiles and tables.
