The combination of Service Automation and Microsoft CSP services enables Gradwell to build on its existing Microsoft based cloud solution offerings to provide the complete Microsoft cloud portfolio.
Building on almost 20 years of UK SMB experience, Gradwell Communications is now able to enhance its existing calls, connectivity, and cloud offerings to make unique modern office solutions affordable for the small to mid-size UK business community. Driven by its recent participation in the tier 1 CSP Microsoft Office 365 program, the Odin CSP APS package provides Gradwell with a flexible solution for automating customer on-boarding and service delivery, and bundling related cloud services.

The latest European SMB Cloud Insights report from Odin indicates that the European SMB cloud services market will grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 17 percent by 2018 (from €18.9B to €30.1B). Findings also reveal that the SaaS market is expected to have the largest CAGR over the next three years (21 percent, from €4.3B today to €7.5B in 2018).
