Staff turned up for work dressed in a variety of sporting attire including cyclists, athletes and golfers. But it was a set of ‘human Olympic Flames’ that really stole the show.
“It just goes to show how our staff always deliver gold medal performance,” said Chairman and MD, Julian Niman. “The board would like to thank all the staff for putting in the time and effort to enable us to achieve the high standard required to attain this impressive IIP accreditation. This is another step in putting us ahead of our competitors. Like Team GB we are constantly aiming for the gold standard.”
Staff who played a prominent role in achieving the IIP accolade – the UK’s leading people management standard that helps transform business performance - were presented with ‘gold’ medals by Julian who also provided a selection of party food.
