The partnership between Freedom, who hold Microsoft Gold Communications Competency status, and Aspect, a Microsoft Global Alliance partner, completes Freedom’s end to end Unified Communications offering, consisting of Voice, Data, Connectivity, Cloud, Security and Support.
“Freedom’s heritage in voice means we have a strong footprint as far as contact centre is concerned, and as the market progresses towards unified communications from traditional PBX, a partner with such strong integration into Microsoft Lync is invaluable.” Kevin Kemp, Commercial Director at Freedom Communications commented. “Lync is undoubtedly a disruptive technology, and as such all organisations are going to have to review their contact centre strategy. At such a time, Aspect’s alignment with Microsoft makes them the perfect partner for us.”
“Freedom has experience implementing and supporting communication solutions at more than 5,000 locations, with a strong foot in the public sector market, making it an ideal partner for Aspect.” added Steve Boakes, Manager, Channels & Partners, Northern Europe at Aspect. “The agreement with Freedom further widens Aspect’s offerings and we’re looking forward to working together.”
