Telecommunications provider FluidOne has finished 17th named in the Sunday Times’ list of the 100 Best Small Companies to Work For. The list measures a number of factors from workplace engagement to employee rewards and benefits; leadership; communication and information sharing. This is the third time in four years that FluidOne has placed in the top 100, having previously finished 42nd and 66th, and the first time that they have achieved the top ranking 3-star accreditation.

Piers Daniell, Chief Executive Officer at FluidOne said “This is a fantastic achievement and eclipses any previous ranking and goes to highlight all the good and positive actions the business is taking to make this a great place to work. This award shows we have engaged and happy employees and it is only with through our people that we will continue to grow and achieve our business objectives.”

In 2013 Daniells was Named Young Entrepreneur of The Year

Nicole Keegan, People Operations at FluidOne said “To us, this is one of the most important awards we can receive as it’s your own people recognising you and not an accredited body. FluidOne puts its people first and it’s a great achievement to be recognised for that.”

FluidOne, who have just moved to state-of-the-art offices in Southbank, recently underwent a company rebranding from Fluidata as they joined with mobile communications provider One Point.
