The Enreach Contact App Suite features an improved desktop app, new mobile apps for iOS and Android devices, and an embedded Teams app. It will be available to customers in early 2024.
The solution is designed to enable customers to integrate Enreach’s voice and call control features with Microsoft collaboration capabilities.
The app suite offers Microsoft Teams and upcoming CRM integration options to help enhance operational efficiency and support the digital transformation of businesses. It also offers users access to communications and productivity tools regardless of location and device.

The new Enreach Contact App Suite is currently undergoing field tests and will be launched next year.
