The new solution is called Enreach Contact Anywhere and provides users with the ability to work using one number, one device, and one mailbox.
Enreach Contact Anywhere integrates with fixed-line and mobile services to help better coordinate mobile workforces. It also records all interactions, providing a resource for compliance, dispute resolution, and performance evaluation.
