Germany-based UC manufacturer, Swyx, has presented Elite with the outstanding accolade of ‘International Partner of the Year’ - the first of its kind, in recognition of Elite’s exceptional sales and support over the last 12 months.
Swyx currently sits second in Europe for its market share of IP PBXs and was one of the first companies to bring pre-dominantly software-based UC services to the European market.
Matt Newing, CEO of Elite says: “Since 2010 we have rolled out bespoke unified communications solutions to many UK and international businesses and find that this product is very helpful in absolutely any business environment. We even use the Swyx unified communications solution to seamlessly link our three UK offices to work smarter and more effectively.
“Our knowledge of the product and certainly our highly skilled Swyx engineers has meant that we have been very successful in the integration of Swyx here in the UK. We find that clients love it and always get great feedback.”
“We are extremely pleased to be presented with this award from Swyx, we sell the solution that we think is most suited to each business at hand and Swyx is obviously very adaptable.”
Elite currently provides Swyx UC to international businesses such as Yo! Sushi, GB Railfreight and Romec.
CEO at Swyx, Ralf Ebbinghaus says: “Elite has certainly outperformed any other partner and so they were an obvious choice for our first International Partner of the Year award.”
“Elite is a fantastic business to work with. Not only can the technical teams successfully integrate Swyx on a highly bespoke basis to clients – building intuitively tailored systems with third party products for every customer – but they also win our vote when it comes to on-going technical support. We always have great feedback from clients on the way Elite has handled their installation and post-sales support.”
