Convergence Group has acquired M247 Group’s UK-only connectivity and IT services operations, including associated infrastructure and personnel. Financial terms were not disclosed.
M247 Group said the divestment supports its strategic focus on serving international, multi-jurisdictional, enterprise customers.
The sale applies specifically to services provided to UK-only customers and does not affect M247 Group’s broader international operations. M247 Group continues to operate globally, including within the UK to support its international customer base, with a growing presence in Europe, North America, and selected emerging markets.
