Computer 2000 has opened a new 120,000 square-foot extension of its Magna Park warehouse in the Midlands, increasing capacity of the facility by more than 30 percent. The expansion will enable the company to continue meeting the needs of its customers throughout the UK and Ireland and provide additional capacity for further anticipated growth in the company’s business.
Andy Dow, Group Marketing Director at Computer 2000, stated: “We have had a good year in terms of the overall growth of our business. We are doing more business with more resellers more often. We have added 1,700 new customers over the past 12 months, taking the total number of businesses we serve in the UK to over 13,000, and provided £1.2 billion of credit to the channel. We have clear aims and ambitions moving forward. The extended warehouse will enable us to execute on those plans and keep on delivering the consistently high levels of service all our customers rightly expect.”
